About the IAPP

Clara San Inocencio is a Senior Business Risk Manager for the Asset Wealth Management group at Nordea. As an independent driver of highly complex data privacy related projects and change initiatives, Clara supports the business in the execution of data privacy compliance.



By employing extensive experience in privacy and data management, Clara has exhibited success as a primary driver for internal programs with an emphasis on finding practical measures to increase data privacy literacy together with practical solutions for encouraging compliance with information security standards. Additionally, she has led GDPR-compliance efforts at corporate and governmental institutions and has established internal procedures for personal data handling. Her experience with data privacy ranges from assessing privacy by design to managing ISMS/PIMS.

Clara is an attorney with a license to practice in the U.S. and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) certification.
