In-House Counsel

Rotem joined the law office of Or-Hof Tech & IP Law after serving as in-house counsel for leading companies. She brings with her a wealth of experience in legal support and counseling in all areas of commercial law. Her work includes implementation of international and domestic privacy compliance programs, drafting and negotiating complex business agreements with an emphasis on technology related matters, and ongoing legal accompaniment to various companies in corporate, computer, internet, privacy and data protection and international trade law.

Before joining Or-Hof Tech & IP Law, Rotem served as in-house counsel for Datorama, a SaaS-based company in the field of marketing analytics and big data. She provided the organization with legal advice in a wide range of areas, such as corporate law, ongoing commercial agreements, international compliance and regulatory programs, labor law, and intellectual property law, including registration of intellectual property rights in Israel and abroad.

Rotem came to Datorama from Syneron-Candela, a global medical device company (traded on the Nasdaq Exchange). In her capacity as in-house counsel, Rotem assisted the company in all its ongoing legal needs: corporate, securities, business agreements, litigation, IP, employment and more.

In her first position, Rotem was part of the legal department of Israel Chemicals Ltd. dealing mostly with Israeli securities and corporate matters.

Rotem was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2009, after completing her legal internship in the offices of Tadmor Levy & Co, and after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Haifa University magna cum laude.
