About the IAPP

James has worked in Data Protection and Privacy since 2008 and acted as Data Protection Officer for a number of organisations in the public sector, private sector and higher education sector. During this time, James has guided organisations through DP reform and also gained significant experience in Freedom of Information, Records Management, Information Security and Operational Risk. James is Data Protection Officer for a Financial Services firm in Wales and holds the IAPP CIPM certification.
