Christina Heliotis is an attorney and a visiting fellow at the Global Governance Center of the Graduate Institute of Geneva. She works for the World Bank Group in digital development and privacy, and she has advised the United Nations and the EBRD on projects relating to the digital transformation public sector and sustainability. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown Law.
