Dustin is counsel at nNovation LLP, where he practices in privacy, commercial and cybersecurity law. Dustin began building expertise in technology and privacy law while studying at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law. During his studies, Dustin worked as a research assistant to technology law pioneer Ian Kerr, interned at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, and was a member of the faculty’s Law and Technology Student Society. Dustin provides actionable advice on both public sector and private sector privacy law compliance, data breach response, consumer protection, and commercial agreements. He regularly guest lectures on privacy law at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law and has presented at the IAPP, Ontario Bar Association, and Canadian Access and Privacy Association events. Dustin currently serves as an executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Access and Privacy Law Section.

Admissions and Education: Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2019, University of Ottawa J.D., 2018 (Cum Laude; Option in Law and Technology)
