About the IAPP

Ms. Elleman is counsel at Thompson Hine, LLP and a member of the firm’s Privacy and Cybersecurity and its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice groups. Ms. Elleman focuses her practice on the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and specializes in technology license agreements, database and content licensing agreements, managed technology service agreements, and technology outsourcing agreements. Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Jennifer served as in-house counsel for approximately 14 years at LexisNexis, a leading global provider of legal, regulatory and business information.
