Anne-Gabrielle Haie
Anne-Gabrielle Haie is a French qualified lawyer and an Associate at DLA Piper's Brussels office.
Her work mainly focuses on data protection, privacy and cybersecurity. She has been involved in large-scale multijurisdictional GDPR implementation projects. She has also been advising clients on cross-border transfers of personal data, including BCR and code of conduct. She has further been assisting clients with cybersecurity issues, including the preparation of incident response plan, training of employees and response to data breach. Anne-Gabrielle has also been assisting clients with privacy related issues, such as the implementation of consent mechanism. She has also been working on emerging technologies, such as facial recognition and artificial intelligence.
She also assists clients with complex EU regulatory and policy matters and advises them on strategic positioning towards EU Institutions.
Anne-Gabrielle is also a lecturer at the French Bar School.
