Amit Gadhia, CIPP/E, is a dual qualified lawyer (Kenya and England), owner of Amit Gadhia Advocate in Nairobi and a certified Global Privacy Officer (ECPC-G) with over 25 years of experience in the legal sector. Amit has advised several international and regional organizations on all matters data protection and is an advisor to the Kenyan government. He is also a Global Data Protection Officer trainer with the European Centre for Privacy and Cybersecurity (Maastricht University).
When Amit is not practicing, he can be geo-located running in Karura forest with his better half, watching a football (mainly Arsenal) match or reading (mostly privacy) books.
