Oleg Blinov is the Global Data Protection Officer of Joom, one of the largest international online marketplaces with more than 250 million users. Prior to joining Joom, Oleg advised clients on intellectual property and personal data issues as an associate of Baker McKenzie's IP/IT practice. Oleg is also a member of the Russian Privacy Professionals Association (RPPA).
