About the IAPP

Evangelia K. Kyprianou is the Internal Legal, Data Protection Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Ancoria Insurance Public Ltd based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Evangelia holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Southampton and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University (London). She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as an advocate in 2015.  

She is a member of the Legal and Data Protection Committees of the Cyprus Insurance Association and participates in discussions and lobbying work pertaining to privacy challenges faced by the life and non-life insurance and pensions industry in Cyprus. 

Evangelia is a CIPM holder and a member of the IAPP’s Women Leading and European Advisory Boards.
