Bruno Falcone is a Data Privacy, Ethics, Risk & Compliance and Legal thought leader with more than 20 years of broad range of pragmatic, risk-based counseling experience gained in various leadership roles especially within the life sciences industry across multiple geographies. In addition to being a Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E), Bruno is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I).

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Bruno is a licensed lawyer, holds a Master Degree in a Commercial Law (LL.M.) and a MBA in Business Law and completed an Executive Program in Strategy and Organization at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a full Data Protection Officer Program on GDPR in Italy. He is a member of IAPP and a published author in his areas of expertise. 

As a certified Data Privacy Professional in Europe and significant experience in heading the Data Privacy function, acting as a strategic advisor to senior management as well as implementing and developing effective and fit-for-purpose Data Privacy Programs, his areas of expertise include policy shaping & development, training & education, privacy impact assessments, third party privacy assessments, incident management, data subject requests management, data retention, data classification, international data transfer, data privacy monitoring, consent & cookie management.
