About the IAPP

Florent Gastaud is the founder of a data protection consulting firm, called "Mon DPO externe". He is appointed as external DPO for several organizations. Mon DPO externe supports French and international companies in their efforts to comply with personal data protection regulations. Florent is also a member of the CCTF CISPE. A graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with several years’ legal experience in new technologies, Florent Gastaud was formerly the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the OVH Group, a leading cloud solutions company in europe, and previously in charge of compliance for a French insurance group. He often publishes articles on the challenges of privacy regulations.
