About the IAPP

Her first encounter with data protection happened during her traineeship as a French attorney, when she was given the opportunity to join the Department of International and European Affairs at the French DPA. She then decided to specialize in this field and worked for 6 years as an attorney in France, advising companies from all sizes and sectors on data protection matters. Wishing to be more closely involved in the implementation of data protection principles, Olivianne moved in-house and joined the global cooperative Swift in 2019, where she currently works as Data Protection Officer. As such, she helps maturing and implementing the global privacy program and advises the organisation on strategic data protection matters.

Olivianne is a dually-qualified attorney in France and in New York (USA). She holds a Masters degree in International Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and an LLM in American Law from Boston University. She is certified CIPP/M.
