Mariel Andrea Mallonga, CIPP/E, CIPM
Mariel Mallonga is an Associate at Follosco Morallos & Herce. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2018 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor in Library and Information Science from the University of the Philippines in 2012.
She is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and currently a member of several project teams handling the data privacy compliance audit engagements of Follosco Morallos & Herce.
Before joining Follosco Morallos & Herce, she was an instructor in the University of the Philippines - School of Library and Information Studies where she taught Legal Information and Information Ethics. She also worked as a technical assistant in the Department of Education – International Cooperation Office for programs under the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
