About the IAPP

Dayle Duran (she/her) is a privacy evangelist specializing in SaaS product counseling. Her

favorite work often includes forecasting global legislative trends, learning new tech, and extolling

the business value of privacy-by-design.

Duran is presently employed at Meta where she engages with developers and external experts

to chart a privacy-focused path for the company’s business products. Previously, she worked in

privacy governance at the healthcare SaaS startup, Wellframe. Her other experience includes a

stint in privacy consulting where she advised businesses on CCPA and GDPR compliance.

Dayle Duran received degrees from Northeastern University School of Law and the Berklee

College of Music. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and holds a CIPP/US certification.
