About the IAPP

Giovanna is an associate at Mattos Filho and focuses her practice on matters related to technology, privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, information technology and cloud computing, among others. She obtained her Master of Laws degree in Law and Technology from University of California Berkeley (Berkeley Law) and her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade de São Paulo. Giovanna was an editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, a visiting researcher at Institute for Technology & Society of Rio de Janeiro and a law clerk at the Sao Paulo Court of Appeals.
