About the IAPP

Egle Amodeo is Senior Counsel at IBM, with over 7 years of experience in privacy regulation. She is part of the Privacy & AI Corporate group where she leads a team advising on multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance in M&A, transactional, marketing and ecosystem matters, and on the emerging EU AI Act. She is also part of the European Leadership Team, where she coordinates legal privacy issues cross Europe. Before joining the Privacy & AI Corporate Team, Egle headed IBM's Swiss legal department in Zurich and gained valuable experience in a private practice in Milan.
