About the IAPP

Dan is an associate in Bird & Birds' Privacy and Data Protection group, based in London. He advises UK and international clients on a wide range of data protection law aspects, including on the implementation of new technologies, direct marketing, data subject rights, transparency obligations and international data transfers. Leveraging from his prior in-house experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he provides clear and practical advice to help his clients find the best solutions to complex legal issues.
