Peter Stockburger is a partner at Dentons, and is a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Groups. Peter’s practice focuses on the unique intersection between technology, security and data privacy, and he regularly advises clients on a range of cutting-edge legal issues, including cybersecurity resiliency and preparedness, privacy-by-design, compliance with the growing privacy and security legal landscape (including under the GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, CDPA), and AI bias elimination.
