Cathrin Bauer-Bulst

Cathrin Bauer-Bulst leads the unit “Security in the Digital Age” in DG Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission. Her team develops legislative proposals and coordinates EU efforts to better fight cybercrime and child sexual abuse, to create a safer online environment, and to equip law enforcement and the judiciary with the rules and tools to investigate and prosecute crimes in the digital age. She co-chairs the Commission's task force on electronic evidence and the ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee Working Group on Public Safety issues
