Andrea Lowe

Andrea Lowe is an Assistant Attorney General in the Technology and Privacy Protection Unit of the Colorado Department of Law. Her work focuses on enforcement of the Colorado Privacy Act and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act as it relates to new and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. Before joining the Colorado Department of Law, Andrea held several different roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, most recently as Special Counsel for Fair Lending in its Enforcement Division, where she investigated and litigated cases involving alleged violations of federal civil rights and consumer financial laws. Andrea also worked at a civil rights-focused law firm, advising financial services companies on fair lending compliance and litigating fair housing and fair lending cases. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Tufts University.
