About the IAPP

Graham Bailey serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Quantifind, a company specializing in AI-powered risk intelligence solutions. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, risk management, business operations, and technology, Bailey plays a pivotal role in guiding the company's strategic direction. 

Before joining Quantifind in 2021, Graham held the position of Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo. In this role, he managed global financial crimes risk operations, overseeing areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), anti-bribery and corruption (ABC), and fraud detection across various banking sectors. 

Graham's career also includes significant contributions to the public sector, notably with the UK's Ministry of Defence, where he gained experience in risk management. Additionally, he was a founding board member of a pioneering non-profit organization that facilitated cross-institutional collaboration among global financial institutions to combat money laundering and terrorist financing through shared investigations. 

Graham's extensive background in both public and private sectors underscores his commitment to enhancing risk management practices and combating financial crimes on a global scale.
