Rumi is a data privacy professional with experience in compliance, risk, privacy operations and privacy program management. He has spent the majority of his professional career in the healthcare sector with a small stint in a big four professional services firm. He has recently moved to the direct-to-consumer health tech side, building a privacy program from the ground up with a focus on consumer rights/DSRs Data Mapping, Security, and serves as a point of contact for all privacy related inquiries.
Rumi holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a minor in Healthcare Management and Enterprise Resource Planning. He is a U.S. Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and has been recognized as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
