About the IAPP

Melissa Kittmer is the Director of Statistics Integration in the Office of Economic Policy at Ontario Ministry of Finance.  Melissa is the Statistical Focal Point for the Ontario Government and participates in the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Consultative Council on Statistical Policy. Melissa is leading the establishment of an official statistics program for the Province, known as the Ontario Statistics Office.  She is responsible for providing leadership on statistics policy, data management, and data modelling and analytics.  Melissa holds a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology.
