Susanne Berg, CIPP/US
Susie Berg serves as Senior Legal Counsel at YapStone, Inc. In addition to her commercial work at YapStone she serves as the primary attorney for privacy and cybersecurity issues. Susie advises and works strategically with YapStone’s technology and product teams to address privacy risks during the product development phase. Susie was responsible for leading a cross-functional team responsible for GDPR compliance. Prior to joining YapStone, Susie served as in-house counsel for a bitcoin lending company and for a distressed debt hedge fund.
Susie holds a B.A. from the University of the Pacific and a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. She is a CIPP/US and CIPP/E and is admitted to practice in California.
