About the IAPP

Rochelle Osei-Tutu currently serves as the Deputy Director for Privacy Operations at BBB National Programs. She was previously a Senior Policy Advisor and Administrator at the U.S. Department of Commerce. In this capacity, she focused on the administration of the Data Privacy Framework Program, which covers the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), as well as the promotion of cross-border data flows. Rochelle has a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University and an MA in International Affairs from American University in Washington, DC.
