About the IAPP

Alessandra is a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Italy with a specific experience and specialization in data protection compliance. 

In 2018 she joined Stanley Black & Decker Inc., - a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware and provider of security products – as Data Privacy Specialist for Europe. 

A couple of months ago Alessandra joined the Global Privacy Office, reporting directly to the Global Privacy Director, based in the U.S., and her role expanded accordingly.

Previously, Alessandra worked as Legal Compliance Officer in the data privacy team of an Italian consulting company: in this role Alessandra supported several private companies within in different business sectors (in particular luxury and fashion, food, IT services and software development, furniture and pharma), to reach data privacy compliance via the development and management of relevant privacy programs. 



Alessandra attended the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (Italy) and obtained her Master’s degree in law in 2010. In 2015 she was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Italy.
