Dalit is a partner in the Israeli law firm Naschitz, Brandes & Amir and is the head of the IT and Data Protection Practice. Dalit holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Tel-Aviv. Dalit has vast expertise in privacy, which encompasses regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating a variety of related agreements and procedures, handling data breach cases and security incidents management, spam issues, and counselling insurance companies on cyber insurance coverage. Dalit is an IAPP member, frequently writes for publications on privacy and cyber related issues and lectures and provides training in Israeli privacy and European data privacy legislation (especially GDPR) compliance issues.
