About the IAPP

Robert Brown is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and member of the Firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Privacy & Information Management group. Mr. Brown advises clients regarding the development of their data privacy programs and compliance with both domestic and international data privacy and security laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and various sector-specific state and federal regulations. Mr. Brown is recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Privacy Law Specialist, a Certified Information Privacy Professional, and a Certified Information Privacy Manager.
