About the IAPP

Maria Elterman is an experienced corporate attorney with over 10 years of cross-functional expertise and leadership in business, IP and privacy law. She has extensive exposure working with corporations on various business issues from an international perspective. In her legal practice, she focuses not only on good judgment and problem solving, but also on positive, pro-active approaches for success. Her experience has taught her how to be resilient, and quickly adapt and respond to industry changes while maintaining effective and high functioning business operations. Maria holds her CIPP/US from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
