Chief Privacy Officer

Oliver joined Volkswagen in 2018 to oversee Volkswagen Group’s privacy management program. Before that, he served as data protection officer for some 30 companies of Allianz Germany Group. Oliver has more than 20 years of professional experience in data protection. He read law at Passau and Freiburg (J.D.) to take a Ph.D. at Marburg and a LL.M. at McGill, Montreal. Oliver is admitted to the bar in Munich.
