About the IAPP

Lara Kehoe Hoffman (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) is Global Director for Data Privacy and Security at Netflix. She has represented an array of clients from start-ups to multinationals in businesses ranging from technology to retail to children's toys. She attended the University of San Diego, School of Law and has a degree in Comparative Literature from Yale.When she isn't practicing law, Lara enjoys MMORPGs, writing fairy tales for her kids and making independent films. She's been acting (professionally and otherwise) on stage and screen since the age of 9, and fears neither script nor improvisation nor stand-up comedy mikes.
