About the IAPP

Jeffrey Kyle Levine is a senior lead within Google's Privacy and Data Protection Office (PDPO) with more than nine years of privacy experience. He has managed privacy compliance programs, authored multiple privacy policies, has extensive experience advising engineering teams, and is an expert on Data Retention and Deletion, Data Portability, and Subject Access Rights. Prior to returning to Google, Kyle was a regulatory attorney at the U.S. Department of Transportation and a Privacy and Product Counsel at Uber Technologies, Inc. Kyle has a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
