About the IAPP

Raktima Roy is a privacy attorney with dual law degrees in India and the US, and has worked as a Senior Associate on the Regulatory and Technology Policy team of a Chambers Global ranked law firm in India, advising tech clients across India, EU and US on compliance with global privacy and AI regulations. She has an LL.M. in Technology Law and Policy from Georgetown University and has worked in various capacities with AI Now, Public Knowledge, the Future of Privacy Forum, the Goodfriend Group and the Internet Law and Policy Foundry.
