About the IAPP

Sara Josselyn is a Partner in Miller Thomson’s Toronto office, where she has a business law practice focusing on private mergers and acquisitions, transactional risk insurance, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Sara has considerable experience in domestic, international, and cross-border transactions across a wide array of industries. She advises both buyers and sellers in M&A and private equity transactions, and has represented clients at all stages of development, from start-ups to international private and public companies. Sara also acts as underwriting counsel to insurance companies providing representations and warranties insurance coverage.
