Jarrett Hollier leads technology delivery for Privacy and Preferences within Fidelity’s Marketing Technology organization. Over the course of his career, Jarrett has worked with organizations including Dell Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet, bringing a practical, business-focused approach to building scalable digital solutions and managing complex vendor ecosystems. His experience spans ad-tech, website optimization, digital privacy, and marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on aligning technology with customer experience and regulatory needs. 



Jarrett holds degrees from Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University and is a certified ScrumScale Practitioner, supporting his commitment to agile leadership and continuous improvement.
