About the IAPP

Marleen is attorney-at-law, admitted to the Dutch bar and currently working at Allen & Overy LLP in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She specialises in Privacy and IP related transactions with a focus on technology related deals. Marleen has broad expertise with advising clients who are involved in Mergers & Acquisitions, public take overs and joint ventures on various privacy and IP related topics. She assists clients in various sectors, ranging from biotech, creative industries and digital media. Marleen graduated from Leiden University and started at Allen & Overy LLP in 2016.
