Siddharth Sonkar is an Associate in the Privacy and Data Protection practice at Khaitan & Co. Siddharth has completed his Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science on the fully funded Chevening Scholarship, awarded by the United Kingdom's Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office to outstanding emerging leaders. Having studied the GDPR in Europe and advised on India's data protection law since its inception, Siddharth has a strong international perspective on data protection law. Siddharth has also authored 'What Privacy Means', a GQ Magazine ranked Top-Ten Non-Fiction book published by Hachette.
