Supratim Chakraborty co-leads the Privacy and Data Protection practice of Khaitan & Co and is considered a thought leader. He has advised eminent clients on information technology laws in India, including on data privacy and cyber security related issues. Supratim has been providing inputs to the Government on upcoming technology laws of India. Amongst other laurels, Supratim has been recognized as a 'Leading Individual' in 2021, 2022 and 2023 in the Legal500 edition for Data Protection in India. He has been chosen as the exclusive winner of the Lexology Client Choice Award 2022 for Data Privacy & Protection in India.
