Senior Specialist Digital Rights Protection

Anindita Bose is currently working as a Senior Specialist, Digital Rights Protection for the Office of the CISO at the City of Toronto. Prior to bringing her skills and experiences to the municipality, she worked for various public health organizations such as the University Health Network, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Cancer Care Ontario and Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. It is though various roles, opportunities and projects that has led Anindita to garner a passion and deep respect for protecting the privacy of all individuals. 

 

Anindita received her Master of Information Studies (MI) from the Faculty of Information (iSchool) at the University of Toronto and hold numerous certificates ranging from project management to women’s health. In her spare time, Anindita writes and speaks about privacy awareness, consent, dark patterns, and surveillance.
