Nils Hullen
Nils leads the IBM Chief Privacy Office’s global compliance team for privacy, AI and data governance. He previously held a role in government affairs where he worked on privacy issues around GDPR, e-privacy, international data transfers and implications on technologies such as AI. Before joining IBM, Nils represented the German digital association Bitkom in Brussels, and worked for the German Ministry of Justice and as a tech lawyer in Berlin. He is (co-)author of several law books and articles on data protection.
