Kristin Johnston is Associate General Counsel, AI, Privacy, and Security at Afiniti. She has 10+ years of experience advising for-profit and non-profit companies on regulatory compliance and building compliance programs in both the United States and international markets.

Kristin has a B.A. in Social Anthropology from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut and in the Eastern District of Michigan.
