Petar Mijatovic
Petar Mijatović is an attorney at law from Belgrade, Serbia.
He has more than 7 years of experience in Data Protection, Corporate, and Real Estate.
His main practice in Data Protection is related to advising clients from different industries (IT, medtech, retail, accounting, etc.) on GDPR/Serbian DP Law compliance, preparation of DP audits, legal opinions, privacy policies, the company acts, agreements on data processing, data protection impact assessments, cross-border data flows, as well as the representation of the clients before competent authorities.
Petar is also appointed as the Data Protection Officer and registered as such with the Serbian Data Protection Authority.
For the past few years, Petar has been a keynote speaker on several seminars, conferences, and webinars and published numerous articles in legal magazines mainly focused on resolving dilemmas in the application of the GDPR and new Serbian Data Protection Law.
