M. Georgia Gibson Henlin is the Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist at Privacy & Legal Management Consultants Limited. She is a Queen’s Counsel at the Jamaican bar and is also called to the bar in Ontario, Canada and New York, in the United States of America. In addition to being an accomplished commercial litigator, she is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and a Cybersecurity and Technology Law practitioner. Georgia serves as the Co Chair for the International Association of Privacy Professionals KnowledgeNet Caribbean Chapter.

Georgia is the Managing Partner in the law firm of Henlin Gibson Henlin, Kingston Jamaica with a satellite office in Brampton Ontario. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona and Cave Hill campuses, Norman Manley Law School and The University of Toronto in Canada where she completed her Masters in 2002 in innovation law and policy. Since that time, she has worked in the areas of information and communications technologies, commercial litigation, intellectual property and issues relating to cyber and data security.  She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 

Georgia is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, The New York Bar Association, The International Trademarks Association and The International Technology Law Association. She has been ranked in Chambers Global since 2018.
