About the IAPP

Tyler Finn is Director of Data Strategy & Policy for Foursquare, where he helps guide privacy, policy & regulatory, product, and corporate strategy. He previously led the privacy and policy function at Factual and joined Foursquare as a part of their March 2020 merger. He also serves as an Advisor to TechGC, a community of technology-sector General Counsels. He graduated from Claremont McKenna College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and continues to serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
