The European Data Protection Supervisor announced programming for "The Future of Data Protection: Effective enforcement in the digital world," a conference June 16-17 in Brussels, Belgium, dedicated to the review of EU General Data Protection Regulation enforcement. The two-day conference will feature an assortment of keynote speeches with breakout sessions dedicated to various concepts and talking points related to GDPR enforcement. Keynote speakers include EDPS Wojciech Wiewiórowski, European Commissioner for Competition Margrethe Vestager, European Commission Vice President for Values and Transparency Věra Jourová, and French data protection authority President Marie-Laure Denis.
