A bipartisan bill introduced by U.S. Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., and Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., would halt the Transportation Security Administration's use of involuntary facial recognition scans at airports, The Hill reports. Kennedy said the Travelers' Privacy Protection Act would "protect every American from Big Brother's intrusion by ending the facial recognition program."
