The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office is seeking the First-tier Tribunal's permission to appeal its ruling that Clearview AI's data processing practices fall outside of U.K. data protection laws because it provides services to foreign law enforcement agencies. The ICO disagreed with the ruling.
