The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil of Rights entered a settlement with a New Jersey mental health care provider that disclosed patient information in response to negative online reviews. Manasa Health Center was fined USD30,000 by OCR for violating the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act when it posted "specific information regarding the individual's diagnosis and treatment" of a patient's mental health condition in response to their post.
