The Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data of Hong Kong published its "Guidance on the Ethical Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence.” The guidance is designed to help organizations comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance as they develop and use AI. It also set out seven ethical principles for AI, including accountability, transparency and privacy.
